The course instructor, who herself spent years as a job-seeker, understands your challenges and frustrations. She succeeded against all odds and landed her dream job. Her experience as a recruiter has given her a unique insight into the recruitment process from the employer’s side. Currently, she runs her career coaching business, where she’s helped hundreds of job-seekers.

In this course, she’ll share all her learnings and proven strategies to help you succeed on your job-seeking journey. You’ll gain access to informative videos and apply all the learnings to your unique situation with an accompanying workbook.

The course will first take you through an in-depth reflection on your values, interests, and goals to help you identify the right jobs for you to apply for, a crucial step that will determine your success. 

You’ll then get the latest and proven insights on making your CV and LinkedIn profile stand out from the crowd. You’ll also know when and how to utilize AI tools for your benefit.

Equipped with top-notch application materials, you’ll move on to creating your personalized job-seeking plan, including essential activities in today’s job market: job-applying, networking, personal branding, and increasing your employability. You’ll learn what exactly these activities entail, how they’re linked to your success, and how to implement them into your schedule, taking into account your unique circumstances. 

Finally, you’ll build strategies to protect your mental well-being from the negative impacts of job-seeking. You’ll understand and improve the key skills contributing to staying positive and motivated throughout your journey and recovering from setbacks.

Module 2: Define what you want
In this module, you’ll explore who you are and what are your interests and goals. Based on this exploration, you’ll consciously decide what jobs would make the most sense to apply to right now.

Module 3: Application materials
After this module, you’ll better understand the role of each application material in the recruitment process, what makes a great LinkedIn profile and CV, and what you need to do to stand out for the roles you want.

Module 4: Make a plan
In this module, I’ll introduce the most crucial activities to increase your chances in the job market. We’ll talk about job applying, networking, personal branding and increasing your employability.

Module 5: Mindset lessons
In this module, I'll introduce you to the most important mindset lessons that'll help you on your career journey, no matter what unexpected situation comes your way.

The course is a strong fit for my career goals and has significantly expanded my understanding of the job search process. The career coach is highly knowledgeable and engaging. I would, however, suggest slightly shorter and more concise videos, as some topics could be covered more efficiently.

I came to this course not sure what to expect, but I was really nicely surprised and learned quite a bit. Best parts were definitely the CV, LinkedIn and the module about networking, as I feel not many courses mention these aspects or not as well as this course did.

I had the privilege of early access to Karolina’s course, and I can say that the information she shares is something I haven’t heard/read anywhere else. Her past experiences as a jobseeker, recruiter, and now as a career coach make this course very valuable. The videos were easy to follow. The content of the workbook makes sense and goes well aligned with the videos.

The course gave me a more clear vision of what I actually have to do in my job seeking. I thought I was doing it the best way, but that was not the case. I feel prepared to take a much better approach in my job seeking now as I have learned more about my strengths, weakness and how I can improve on those weaknesses.

The course should definitely not be rushed through. Anyone doing the course will find the best value by taking their time, especially on answering the questions (not just writing down something for the sake of writing).

This course has not just helped me re-evaluate my job search but also re-evalaute my thinking on my career and what exactly I want to do.
